The main railway station of Stuttgart (Germany): Hauptbahnhof Stuttgart. You will find there a lot of fast-food-restaurants. As well a small supermarket in the lower level.

The central bus station Stuttgart-Zuffenhausen (Germany): ZOB-Stuttgart-Zuffenhausen. Located directly on the S-Bahn station Zuffenhausen. Simply buy a single ticket on a DB ticket wending machine (red silver ones in the station) for the Stuttgart public transport (VVS). Destination: downtown (Innenstadt) or central station (Hauptbahnhof). The rate is EUR 2.60 for 2 zones. The S-Bahn trains run at least every 10 minutes.

Stuttgart Airport can be reached from Central Station and the city center in about 30 minutes by S-Bahn.
