The Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral is a church and a landmark of the city of Florence. Based on their internal dimensions, it is the third largest church in the world.

A special feature of the cathedral is the great dome as a roof. Opposite is the baptistery, whose east side with the so-called "gates of paradise" - is the main attraction of this baptistery - a gilded gate with ten scenes from the Old Testament.
