Hotel Orquidea Funchal / Funchal

*** star hotel with which we were very pleased.

Very good location for people who want to do something. Being close to the city center you can reach the departure points of all four bus operators running on Madeira within walking distance.

The hotel's restaurant is located on the 6th floor. From there you have a good view. There is also a roof terrace.

For Portuguese standards: very good breakfast menu :-)
Only the coffee is made from instant powder. But you can also get "real" coffee, for which you then have to pay extra.

Should we come back one day to Madeira, we will stay here again.
