Stop of the Postbus. Lens can be (eg from Sion) easily reach by bus (line 353; continues to Crans). The journey takes about 30 minutes and costs 10 Swiss francs per person. Lens is a small village, but very well maintained, very pretty and with two small restaurants on the main square. The bus ride is worthwhile (great views of the landscape). You can also go up to "Statue du Christ-Roi" (within walking distance). In addition Lens is a good starting point for hikes.
