Gedenkstätte Berlin-Hohenschönhausen / Berlin

The memorial Berlin-Hohenschonhausen ("Gedenkstätte Berlin-Hohenschönhausen") is the former central prison of the State Security (Stasi) of the GDR.
Almost the entire area has been preserved intact and therefore gives an authentic impression.
There is also the possibility to join a public tour without appointment:
Monday-Friday at 11:00, 13:00 and 15:00 h (from March to October only at 12:00 and 14:00 h), on weekends and public holidays every hour from 10:00 to 16:00 h.
In the English language daily at 14:30 h.
Adults: EUR 5, reduced: EUR 2.50
The memorial is closed on January 1st and December 24th, 25th, 26th and 31st.
