The hostel "Albergue Pere Tarrés" in Barcelona (Spain). This hostel is about 15 minutes walk from the train station "Barcelona Sants". During my stay in May 2013 the hostel was very clean and well maintained. A full breakfast (including ham, cheese and cake) is even included in the price. The reception is open 24 hours. Due to the convenient location to the Barcelona Sants train station, the hostel is ideal in my opinion for InterRailers. However, it is advisable to use the subway (one way: EUR 2) to get to the city center.
