As a resident of the city of course I have not stayed there. But at least from the residential area here (the so-called "Dichterviertel" in Erfurt south) the accommodation is highly recommended. The location is outside the inner ring road, but you can reach the city center in 15 to 20 minute walk or even very easily by tram.
It offers a spacious apartment, in my opinion for a very reasonable price (despite good facilities and good location).
PS: good for rail travelers due to direct tram connection to the railway station (only three stops to Puschinstraße, then another three to five minutes on foot).
