Lac du Salagou
Close to the small village of Clermont-l'Hérault in southern France between Montpellier and Béziers the Lac du Salagou is famous for its red soil. At the eastern shore there is a campsite and you can hire boats. The western part is more quiet and you can watch the local fisherman at work.
