These were required for the production of the famous Lübecker Marzipan and also were shipped to the Prussian Königsberg. There the second marzipan culture of the baltic region developed with the help of Lübeck. Today you can enjoy real specialties of Lübeck such as our famous almond marzipan cake in the Lübecker Marzipan Warehouse with a magnificent view over the Untertrave and the Holstentor.
