The fastest connections are Thalys trains from Amsterdam and Rotterdam to Antwerpen and Brussels. To travel by train from the Netherlands to the Czech Republic, you have two main routes.
One by ICE train from the Netherlands to Frankfurt am Main (Germany) and on to Nuremberg. There you continue by Deutsche Bahn InterCity Bus to the Czech Republic.
Or by direct IC train from the Netherlands to Berlin (Germany). And from Berlin to the Czech Republic.

To travel by train from the Netherlands to the United Kingdom you have interesting options. The main route by train is by IC or Thalys train to Brussels, where you change to the direct Eurostar train to London.
