If you want to avoid Belarus, you can travel via Ukraine.
First travel from Warsaw to Kiev by day or overnight train. The journey time is 15 hours, tickets are available from 45 EUR. Then travel from Kiev to Moscow. The journey time is 13 hours and tickets are available from 70 EUR.
