Hello, my name is Peter and I created the railcc website 25 years ago. At that time, there was very little information on the internet about rail travel in Europe or around the world. That's how my website came about, and it has grown and grown.
I grew up travelling by train and, as a child, travelled all over Europe with my father on all kinds of night trains. It was something I was born into, so to speak. As the sole creator of all this information and the programming plus server, I naturally have my limits. So please forgive me if not everything can be perfect. I try to keep the content up to date. If you find an error, send me an e-mail and I will improve the content as soon as possible.
Recently, I have also had to cut back a little for personal reasons. Of course, there are also good times in such a project from time to time. But mostly it is just a lot of work and there is little left to live on.
