Elevador de Santa Justa / Лиссабон

In the seven-hill-town, there are the ancient "elevadores" with which you can easily reach the higher districts.
All "elevadores" are over 100 years old.

The most famous "elevador" is the "Elevador de Santa Justa", accessible via the metro station "Baixa/Chiado".

Above there is an observation deck with café.
Since this is the most famous "elevador" he is accordingly quite busy.
As we didn't wanted to wait in the queue, we skipped it.
If I ever should come back to Lisbon, I will try again outside the tourist times. It operates between 09:00 and 21:00 h.
