Bezienswaardigheden in Scheibenberg

The railway viaduct in Markersbach, popularly called "matchstick bridge", located on the disused railway line between Schwarzenberg and Annaberg-Buchholz. Now there are on special occasions special trains (Erzgebirgische Aussichtsbahn) running again via the bridge. These trips are very popular among railway friends. The bridge is also a well loved photo opportunity. Visit it whenever you want. However, the most beautiful is a ride over the bridge. Travel with the Erzgebirgsbahn to Schwarzenberg, then change into the special trains crossing the bridge.
