Treinstations in Auschwitz

The train station of Auschwitz (Oświęcim) has a waiting area with ticket counter, kiosk, toilets (PLN 2.50) and lockers (small: PLN 6, middle: PLN 9, large: PLN 14). From here is a regular bus service to the museum of the former concentration camp Auschwitz-Birkenau. On foot it takes about 15 minutes to the Museum and about 20 minutes to the extermination camp in the district Birkenau. Between these two, free buses are available.
