Park Babelsberg
I lived near Schloss Babelsberg as an Erasmus student last summer. The park is lovely to walk around on a hot day with friends, or just to enjoy the scenery sitting by the lake while relaxing with a glass of wine as the sun sets.

The "Potsdam Water Taxi" is a regular transport service by ship. It operates two ships - the water taxi 1 and water taxi 2. The route includes 13 stations. You can spent this way a wonderful day on water and reach at the same time many attractions. I recommend a day ticket (price: 14 EUR).
