This is a great hostel in a huge house on several floors. It has a very unique and interesting colourful design! Big self catering kitchen, free breakfast is included, there is a bar, you can lend laptops and the hostel is located in the city centre, quite close to Edinburgh Castle and Calton Hill. You can store luggage at the entrance desk. The hostel also offers information about what to do in the city and whole Scotland. Price starts at ca. EUR 14 /night/person in a big dorm, which is quite cheap for such a hostel I think.
