1c Travelling from Latour-de-Carol (France) to Barcelona (Spain)

To travel by train from Latour-de-Carol (France) to Barcelona (Spain), use a direct local train called "Rodalies Barcelona". It is line number 3 departing four to five days per day from from "La Tor de Querol" (France) via "Puigcerdà" (first stop in Spain) to "Barcelona Sants" and its final destination "L’Hospitalet de Llobregat".

The journey time is about three hours. A one-way ticket, available at ticket machines is EUR 12.

To Latour-de-Carol (France) you have connection by night train from Paris. And you arrive there by Little Yellow Train (Petit Train Jaune) - from the direction of Perpignan (France).

To travel from Barcelona to Madrid by train, you will use an AVE high-speed-train of RENFE. The journey time is only 2:30 hours for the distance of 620 kilometres. Second class tickets are available from 40 Euro and first class tickets from 55 Euro. There are frequent connections available, at least every hour. The departure station in Barcelona is called "Barcelona Sants". The arrival station in Madrid is called "Madrid Atocha".
