Steigenberger InterCity Hotels are ideal for train travellers, as they are located on or close to a railway station. The InterCityHotel Darmstadt is located directly at the main railway station. To the city centre it is a walk of about 2 km. In InterCityHotels the hotel card is also the ticket for public transport. The InterCity Hotel Dresden has 140 rooms. Guests can check in the InterCityHotel Darmstadt from 14:00h and have to leave the room on departure at 12:00h. I find it very pleasant. Note: this hotel opened in September 2012, so it is pretty new.
