Hi Dimitris, welcome to railcc!

If you want to travel on land only, you have to travel via Odense - Padborg - Flensburg. Please note that even on this trip, the train will use a large bridge and tunnel (the Great Belt Fixed Link) between the islands of Zeeland and Funen; but no ferries are involved. ;)

Tickets can be bought from German Railways DB via our partner link: [ux]https://rail.shop/bahn[/ux]
Enter from "Copenhagen" to "Berlin" and then enter an "intermediate stop", for instance Odense, Padborg or Flensburg. That way, you will be routed via the land-only line.
Normally, you will have to change trains in Fredericia and Hamburg. Connections are usually available every two hours, travel time is about 7h45.
