It is quite straightforward to get to Paris:

Paris - London: unfortunately, Eurostar doesnt accepts pets on board (except guide dogs), so you would have to get from Paris to Calais and travel by ferry to Dover. Check [ux]https://rail.shop/po[/ux] for details.
