Hello,
I have a question, and I really hope you can help me.
I planned to travel with the Transsibirian railroad in August/September, but now my tour operator told me that one track is not available to go by train - on August 31st because of the beginning of the new academic year.
Does anyone know on which date they should have known that the train can\'t go on this day?
