Västtågen (VT)

Västtagen are regional trains in the Gothenburg region in western Sweden. They operate on suburban services around Gothenburg as well as on longer distance regional trains travelling on distances of more than 200 km.

A number of different train types is in use on Västtagen service. All trains convey 2nd class seats, some also have 1st class accomodation. About half of the trains are modern low-floor EMU, while the other half consists of older, refurbished EMU.
