Is there any chance to reserve a seat with Interrail ticket in replacement bus Copenhagen-Roedby? I\'ve heard that there will be some construction works on this route from March til June.

Hi and welcome to railcc!
As far as I know you cant make seat reservations on rail replacement buses.
Do you want to continue to Hamburg? If that is the case (and no trains run on the Copenhagen - Rodby stretch of the journey) you should normally be able to buy a regular reservation Copenhagen - Hamburg which then is only valid on the train (you have a reserved seat on the train but just take any seat onboard the rail replacement bus).
