Hi and welcome to railcc!

Closest railway station would be Pamplona. So a rough route would be Holstebro - Fredericia - Hamburg - Cologne - Brussels - Paris - Bordeaux - Hendaye - Irun - San Sebastian - Pamplona; alternatively it is also possible to go from Paris to Barcelona, then Pamplona; or from Cologne via Basel - Geneve - Lyon - Montpellier to Barcelona and on to Pamplona.

In any way I would recommend to plan with one or two overnight stops; in case you miss a train or a longer delay your travel plan wont get messed up too easily that way.
Night trains would be available from Hamburg to Zurich or from Paris to Latour de Carol (in summer also Portbou).

It might be worth looking at a 5in15 days Interrail pass; but you should also check prices for single tickets. You can use [ux]https://rail.shop/omio/[/ux] which should be able to give you a quote for the whole journey to Pamplona; however I would also check split bookings of different legs.

A roughly drawn route could be:
day 1: Holstebro - Paris; tickets via [ux]https://rail.shop/omio/[/ux]
day 2: Paris - Hendaye; tickets via [ux]https://rail.shop/omio/[/ux] or [ux]https://rail.shop/sncf[/ux], then with local train Euskotren across the border to San Sebastian; it may be possible to even continue to Pamplona the same day, tickets via [ux]https://rail.shop/omio[/ux]

Many other options are available of course; depending on how many hours you want to sit on a train each day; if you want to visit some cities along the way etc...
