To travel by train from France to Andorra, the last part has to be done by bus. First by train to L'Hospitalet-près-l'Andorre (France). There you change to the bus to Andorra la Vella.

To travel from France to Germany by train, use a route either via Paris/Lille to Cologne by Thalys train. Or from Paris via Strasbourg/Saarbrücken to Frankfurt or Stuttgart by TGV/ICE. If you want to use a night train, have a look at the Russian night train Paris to Moscow (exit in Berlin). A very nice experience and high quality, but does not run daily!

To travel by train from France to Spain, use first one of the direct high-speed trains from France (Paris) or southern France (Marseille) to Barcelona. There you change to your destination in Spain. There are several daily train connections from France to Italy. Either from Paris or along the Mediterranean Sea. Also a direct night train from Paris to Milan and Venice. To travel from France to the Netherlands by train, use as fastest option the direct Thalys high-speed train from Paris and Lille to the Netherlands. To travel by train from France to Poland, you have the direct night trains Paris and Nice to Moscow (not daily) with stop in Warsaw. Otherwise split your trip with a stop in Germany (Berlin, Cologne or Frankfurt).
To travel from France to Portugal by train, there are two main routes. It depends from where you start in France.
The first route is by TGV from the direction of Paris and Bordeaux to the French-Spanish border at Hendaye/Irun. Here you change in the direct night train to Lisbon.

There are two direct long-distance night train connecting France with Russia. One train from Paris via Strasbourg and Germany to Moscow and a second one from Nice via Italy and Austria to Moscow. They do not run daily.

To travel by train from France to the United Kingdom you have several options. The fastest one by train is to use the direct Eurostar train from Paris to London. If you search for a cheaper option, have a look at the buses connecting Paris and London. The ferry Calais to Dover isn't an option anymore: too slow, too expensive for foot passengers.
To buy train tickets for your travel from France to the United Kingdom, buy first a ticket from your departure station to Paris (Trainline). A second ticket from Paris to London for the Eurostar train (Trainline + Beurope + ACPRail). And another ticket for the United Kingdom from London to your final destination (Trainline UK + ACPRail).
