Hello,
My friend (18years old girl) and I (17years old girl) would like to make a trip with Interrail in some city of Europe (London, Brussels, Berlin, Vienna, Rome) for 3weeks.
Do you think there are some dangers for us, more than if we were adults? If we have planned where we want to sleep and everything?...

I can't comment from first hand experience, but I've known lots of young women who have travelled around Europe. Some of them alone. If you've booked your accommodation if advice you should be fine!
Just take the usual precautions that you would anywhere!

... and always ask for women only compartments in trains and women only rooms in hostels !! :)
