Here you will find a very good lunch menu. Note: there is in the Old Market Gallery again a combination of baker + butcher (Fleischerei Wolf). For all those who - like us - want to Korsch: as guidance for finding it, have a look at the ship outside of the store. :-) Open (except Sunday) up to 21:00h. I recommend the "Kesselgulasch".

The Alberthafen Dresden was built in 1891-1895 and is located in the district of Dresden Friedrichstadt. The port can accommodate 20 ships. It is connected to the freight center at Dresden-Friedrichstadt train station. The port is exclusively reserved for the transport of goods. Previously, the port was greater. Today there is a museum part. This can be seen for example from the terrace of the house of fish. The Fischhaus Alberthafen was acquired by the present owner in 2010 and completely renovated. It offers a very pleasant atmosphere. At nice weather you can sit outside on the terrace. In the same complex is operated a hostel. Access by public transportation: Tram line 10 Restaurant opening times: daily 11:00 to 23:00 h

During our walk along the "Rosengarten" we discovered a public barbecue area on the Elbe meadows. Note: both the barbecue equipment and the food to be grilled bring your own! The link bellow shows more public barbecue places of the city.

The bakery Schwerdtner operates several stores with cafes. Two of them are located in Dresden Prager Strasse, namely one in the so-called "Prager Spitze" and one in the Centrum Galerie. Open from 07:00 h.
