Hello,
I am planning to purchase the Interrail pass (7 days) soon. I am a British Citizen but I\'m also now an American Citizen living in the U.S. I don\'t have anyone living in the U.K at the moment and I will not be returning to the U.K. I know that the Interrail pass cannot be delivered to the U.S so should I buy one upon arrival in Amsterdam? I heard that purchasing tickets at the station incurs a fee, is that true? Or is there another way for me to purchase a ticket? Thank you.

Hi and welcome to railcc!

Dutch Railways NS charge booking and credit card fees when purchasing ticket at a ticket counter at a station (was about 10€ the last time). However, you can also order your pass online at [ux]https://rail.shop/interrail[/ux] and have it delivered to your accomodation in Amsterdam if you ask them to sign for the shipping and store it upon your arrival.
If you decide to book online, make sure to book via our partner link (see above) to support our work - at no extra costs for you of course. Thank you :)

Thank you. Will purchasing at the station affect my trip? (i.e will I be able to get reservations for the upcoming days if I buy in Amsterdam?) and I tried to purchase via the website but it\'s giving me problems. It says that there\'s something wrong with traveler info but i\'ve filled it all in. Please help!

Hi.
It won\'t affect your trip if you buy the Interrail pass in Amsterdam, except that it is more expensive.
What exactly is the problem - the system should give you a hint or mark it in red color the missing information.
Pete :)

Only 10 euros more right? and the system is telling me that I need to finish the travelers information page but there\'s nothing else to finish!
