Hi and welcome.
What is you nationality? If not from one of the Schengen countries (to which for example Poland, Austria and Italy belong to), you will need a Schengen visa.
If you have the visa, it is interesting, as you have direct trains from Moscow to all these three countries. Or you travel step by step and hop from country to country.

Hi .. I will be coming to Russia to attend the World Cup match. I will be coming to Russia through my purchase of the Lactate match only .. I mean who does not win ..
my question is. Can I go to Italy or Belgium to see my family there. By train. I only carry a fan card or an audience card from Russia only .. I want to see my family where I have not seen them for ten years and that\'s because I am of Syrian nationality and therefore I could not get the Schengen
Please reply and thank you very much

Hello and welcome.
I wish you a lot of fun watching the Football World Cup in Russia! :)
But it is something different: you are only allowed to travel in Russia. To travel to Italy or Belgium, you still need the Schengen visa.
