Heya,

A friend and I are going round E.Europe - Prague, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary and Croatia for three weeks.

Two questions - Are these too many countries for three weeks?

I've also been getting different feedback from people about interrail passes. Some say its worth it to get one, others say E.Europe is cheap that it may be better just to buy tickets when you're out there. What do people who have travelled this think? I've been told coaches might also be an option, so again might not want to buy an interrail pass. But I know it is a convenient option and my only other concern is the language barrier and being able to get the right ticket!

Hope someone can help! :)

i'd say thats a fine number of places for 3 weeks, should be great fun.

not sure about the others, but it isnt particularly worth it in slovenia, because you arent spending many euros on the trains at all. ljubljana to kranj costs about 2euros.

but still, it's a very handy ticket to have, and saves time buying the tickets at stations.
