Hi,

what do you think about an idea walking from Dublin to Galway (or Cork)?

[link removed]

I hope this link works :)

It says about 42 hours of walking, which is okay, I thought it would take about a week or so with stopping at villages in the way. Is this a nice way to see Ireland by foot? Or would you recommend already made walking tours?

When it comes to expenses, how much would a person need for about 10-14 days while travelling Ireland? I'd try save money with couchsurfing and cheaper hostels etc.. but any information is helpful so I can plan accordingly.

Hi.
Sounds cool! :)
But please upload a photo (screenshot or something like that) so that everyone can see it and to avoid using Google.
Thank you, Peter :)

I once drove vom Dublin to Galway, I wasn't that much into the landscape on the way. But I don't know about the hiking trail. I would rather recommend to walk further than Galway. The Connemara National Park and the Sky Road have been great to me. Also the Ring of Kerry and Killarney National Park have been great. I don't know about the Ring of Beara, but it also should be nice. Galway and Killarney are both reachable by train :)
