My son is THAI Citizen . He study in England. Could he travel which interrail ?

Your son can buy Interrail if he has a proof of residency in the United Kingdom - what he should have if he studies there.
Currently there is a 15% discount on all Interrail passes until the end of March - start of travel has to be within the next 11 months.

If he does not have a proof of residency, he has to travel with the Eurail pass: [ux]https://rail.cc/th/eurail[/ux]
