I am going away on my trip on the 11th of july, we are flying into amsterdam and our interrailing trip starts on the 13th when we go to Berlin.
Unfortunately my friend has misplaced her ticket and we aren\'t sure how to proceed. She has looked everywhere and can\'t seen to find it. Is there any way to get a replacement or a print out version in the mean time?

We bought the ticket through the interrail.eu website, I just couldn\'t find anywhere to ask a question on their website and they were not responding to my email.
If anyone could help that would be great!

Did you add the Interrail Pass Protection to your order? If so, you can claim a replacement for your pass. More information here: [ux]https://railcc.interrail.eu/en/interrail-passes/ordering-info/pass-protection[/ux]
If not, I fear that there is no possibility to get a refund or replacement print out for your friend\'s pass. I can only recommend to keep searching for the lost ticket.
