Thanks for helping:)

Hi and welcome to rail.cc!

With just seven travel days you would have to visit two cities within one day (Brussels and Bruges) so that you can cover all train trips with the seven travel days. Also, how do you want to go from your hometown to Amsterdam and back from Lisbon?
Maybe the 10 days Interrail pass would be a better option as this would also cover the journey to/from your hometown.

Support our work by purchasing your official Interrail ticket through our partner link: [ux]rail.shop/interrail/[/ux] - thank you! :)

Hey Flo!
Thanks for your answer:)) I also thought 10 days as an option but I\'ll use plane for coming back from Lisbon, and in the beginning I\'ll be going to Amsterdam from
Cologne, I think I can buy an extra train ticket for this one!
I hope I can manage to put Brussels and Brugge in one day trip! At least I saw it\'s not impossible to follow this route, thanks again:)

OK - so you could easily buy a Sparpreis ticket from Cologne to Amsterdam from DB, use our partner link to support our work, thank you: [ux]https://rail.shop/bahn[/ux]

From Brussels to Bruges it wouldnt be a problem to buy an extra single ticket locally, overall this still would be cheaper than the 10 day pass (7 day Interrail pass plus Sparpreis Cologne - Amsterdam plus single ticket Brussels - Bruges).

Regarding the rest of the route, have a look at [ux]https://rail.cc/blog/amsterdam-brussels-train/[/ux] for the first leg; then from Belgium to Paris I would recommend using local trains to Lille, then either TGV to Paris or again local trains via Amiens if you want to save on reservation costs.

From Paris to Bordeaux take a TGV [ux]https://rail.cc/blog/interrail-reservation-guide-tgv/[/ux], from Bordeaux to Barcelona it is probably the best option to go to Irun, then travel with a direct Alvia train to Barcelona: [ux]https://rail.cc/en/interrail-train-reservation/alvia-renfe/30[/ux]

Barcelona - Madrid by AVE high speed train; then you could take the night train to Vigo and travel down to Porto: [ux]https://rail.cc/blog/santiago-vigo-porto-train/[/ux] or alternatively take the night train from Madrid to Lisbon [ux]https://rail.cc/blog/night-train-irun-madrid-lisbon/[/ux] and either visit Lisbon before Porto or leave the train in the early hours of the morning to make the connection to Porto at Coimbra.
