May I ask if I take the OBB train from Obertraun Dachsteinhöhlen Bahnhof to Ljubljana on 23rd of June, 2017.
I have 2 changes at Stainach-Irdning Bahnhof & Graz Hbf stations
(Obertraun Dachsteinhöhlen Bahnhof --> Stainach-Irdning Bahnhof --> Graz Hbf --> Ljubljana)
I only have 3 minutes to get my connection from Stainach-Irdning Bahnhof Platform 2 to Platform 3 for to get on the train (IC 719 destination to Graz Hbf).
Is that possible that 3 minutes I could get on the connection train ?

Is that an easy change: the platform is in between platform 2 & 3 or does one have to run to stairs to go over or under platform 2 to get to platform 3? The train arrives at 08:18 am and the connection is at 08:21 am.

Hi and welcome to railcc!
This is a scheduled change between trains, platform/track 2 and 3 are opposite each other, you just walk across the platform from one train to another. Also, if the train from Hallstatt/Obertraun would be delayed for a few minutes the connecting train will wait.
In general, connections shown by a schedule planner such as [ux]http://plan.rail.cc/[/ux] always show only connections where you can get from one train to another within the shown time.
