hi! i'm very interested in interrail. but i could't find any information about turkey's situation in that organisation.
i'm a turkish citizen, can i buy an interrail ticket? if i can, what about visas and passport procedures?
and one more thing: i lived in france for about a year, 15 years before, does this count as living in eu country?

Yes you can buy an interrail ticket in Turkey.

There you can also ask for a visa. One visa is available for the whole Europe. Only one for traveling then every european country in the EU/Schwengen.

No... your time in France is to long ago. ;)
