I have found a train from Copenhagen to Hamburg with no surcharges. (its a euro city train) does this mean it is free on my interrail pass??? Also i was how far in advance you have to make the compulsory reservation?? any help would be fandabidosie been stressing about this. :))

which train is it ?!? normally IC and EC has a supplement. :(
and reservation: I often did it 2 days in advance, but also depending on what day you arrive in the country... because sometimes it wasn't possible to make only a reservation for a train in an other country: I stayed in France and couldn't make a reservation fro a train in Sweden for example ... ||

for me surcharge=supplement=reservation
a reservation is for me only a hidden supplement ... :)
that's my definition... ;)
