Questions about :
EURAIL NIGHT TRAINS AMSTERDAM-COPENHAGEN
CITY NIGHT LINE 40457 BOREALIS (CNL40457)

I was wandering that this train wouldn\'t be running again or not.
When can I get to know real schedule for the night train ?
I will travel Europe on September 2018.
And I am planning my journey for now.
Thanks a lot for the quickly reply!

Sincerely,
Jessica\'s

Hi Jessica.

Sadly this night train from Amsterdam to Copenhagen was withdrawn in 2015 (if I\'m right?!): https://rail.cc/en/eurail-night-train/amsterdam-copenhagen-cnl40457/10
It was an excellent option to travel from the Netherlands to Denmark overnight and to save a lot of time. The company "City Night Line" does not exist anymore. Several routes are now served by the new company "nightjet".

Do you travel by an Eurail pass https://rail.cc/en/eurail , right ?
Then you have the option to travel for free (no extra reservation required) during the day. What date do you want to travel?

Amsterdam Centraal dep 07:00 by IC train in direction of Berlin
Osnabrück Hbf arr 10:06

Osnabrück Hbf dep 10:23 by IC train in direction of Hamburg
Hamburg Hbf arr 12:13

Time to get something to eat, also inside of the big station of Hamburg: https://rail.cc/en/hamburg/hamburg-central-railway-station/l66
I always get some fish fresh from North Sea

Hamburg Hbf dep 13:28 by EC train in direction of Copenhagen - at Puttgarden, the train goes on a ferry. Leave the train and go on top of the ferry for about one hour and enjoy the view. You can leave your luggage (no valuables) inside of the train. The train will be locked.
Copenhagen arr 18:26

For more connections please have a look on [ux]https://plan.rail.cc[/ux]
To purchase your Eurail pass, please use our partner link to support the free content on rail.cc at no extra fees for you: [ux]https://rail.shop/eurail[/ux] - thank you! :)
And if you have further questions, please just ask.

Enjoy your trip, Pete :)
