Hi!

The best way to go:

Warszawa Centralna 0953 - 1935 Budapest Keleti > reservation required; if you start from Lodz take the TLK at 0831 latest and change at Warzawa Zachodnia.
Budapest 2225 - 0621 Beograd
Beograd 0735 - 1815 Sofia
Sofia 1915 - 0750 Istanbul > the connection in Sofia probably wont work since the Beograd - Sofia train is likely to have a long delay. Plan with an extra overnight stay in Sofia.
