Hi and welcome to railcc!
No big deal! :)
You can carry your bike on all trains with a "bicycle" symbol (printed timetables are available at the station in Gorizia or you check online at [ux]https://rail.shop/trenitalia/[/ux]
To take your bike on the train you either need a 2nd class full fare ticket (4,05€ in your case) or a bike supplement (3,50€). You can purchase both either online (link above) or at the ticket machine at the station in Gorizia. English language version is available.

PS: I recommend to travel with a train with a "wheelchair" symbol as you will find a low-floor entrance on these trains and it will be easier to get your bike on/off the train.
