Från Stockholm till Alicante är en ganska lång resa och du måste göra flera övernattningar på vägen.

En möjlig väg kan vara:

Detta är bara ett möjligt alternativ; Du kan också resa från Hamburg via Köln - Mannheim till Basel; Fortsätt sedan från Basel via Lyon - Montpellier till Spanien. självklart kan du också göra fler mellanstopp.
Det kan vara möjligt att ta natten tåg från Stockholm till Malmö, sedan resa via Köpenhamn - Hamburg - Köln till Paris inom en dag och fortsätt till Alicante följande morgon (så bara en natt på ett hotell) men jag skulle inte rekommendera det som Det kommer att bli en väldigt lång resa och om bara ett tåg skulle vara försenat och du saknar en anslutning, skulle hela din plan inte fungera längre.

From Stockholm to Alicante is quite a long journey and you will have to make several overnight stops along the way.

A possible route can be:

Stockholm - Malmö - Copenhagen - Hamburg (day 1); tickets available at [ux]https://rail.shop/bahn[/ux] or [ux]https://rail.shop/omio/[/ux]

Hamburg - Cologne - Paris (day 2); tickets available at [ux]https://rail.shop/bahn[/ux] or [ux]https://rail.shop/omio/[/ux]

Paris - Barcelona - Alicante (day 3); tickets available at [ux]https://rail.shop/omio/[/ux]

This is just one possible option; you can also travel from Hamburg via Cologne - Mannheim to Basel; then continue from Basel via Lyon - Montpellier to Spain; of course you can also make more intermediate stops.
It could be possible to take the night train from Stockholm to Malmö, then travel via Copenhagen - Hamburg - Cologne to Paris within one day and continue to Alicante the following morning (so only one night in a hotel) but I would not recommend that as it will be a very long journey and if only one train would be delayed and you miss a connection your whole plan would not work out anymore.

Another option would be to take the night train from Hamburg to Zurich along the way: [ux]https://rail.cc/en/night-train/hamburg-zurich-en-471-nightjet/501[/ux]

There are many routes possible; I would recommend to look for schedules (only for one part of the route at the time) at [ux]http://plan.rail.cc/[/ux] - so for example make one search for Stockholm - Hamburg and another one for Hamburg - Paris instead of looking for "Stockholm to Paris".

Hi SusanneCarlen,

just for fun, I\'ve worked out a route that doesn\'t requite an overnight stop - but it\'s more a proof of concept. In practice, I agree with Flo: It\'s probably a lore more relaxed to make at least one overnight stop along the way - hotels and hostels aren\'t expensive, these days.

The "crazy option", involving just night trains (with sleeping/couchette cars) and no overnight stops goes as follows:

This isn\'t an unrealistic time table, there is plenty of " padding " for missed connection, etc. I would probably *actually* do it this way, but only because I love travelling on night trains, plus I\'m probably generally not quite right in the head :) As I said, if you want to have a relaxed journey, go with Flo\'s advice and find yourself some nice hostels and hotels along the route.
