I need more information? Are you travelling with Interrail? When do you want to go? What does "cheaper" and "faster" mean for you? How much do you want to pay, how long do you want to travel?

This depends on when you buy the tickets and on your route.
A possible route could be:
Day 1) Night train Prague - Zurich: [ux]https://rail.cc/blog/prague-zurich-night-train/[/ux]
Day 2) Zurich - Barcelona via Geneve - Valence
If you buy single tickets, the cheapest offers usually require that you travel on a certain date with a certain train - refund or exchange of the tickets are not possible or have very strict/bad conditions. If you go with single tickets, you could buy
Prague - Zurich from CD (Czech Railways) at [ux]https://rail.shop/cd/[/ux]
Zurich - Barcelona from Omio at [ux]https://rail.shop/omio/[/ux]
I would recommend to have enough time to change trains in Zurich - since you will have two different tickets (Prague to Zurich and Zurich to Barcelona) you will not get a refund if you miss the connection in Zurich due to a delayed train from Prague!
So, I would recommend to take the connection leaving in Zurich at 1203, with changes of trains in Genve and Valence. Arrival in Barcelona: 2244.
Of course, there are other routes possible as well, however most of them would include a sleepover somewhere along the route.
