ı want to travel to belgrad from istanbul with balkan flexipasss ticket .how can ı do it?

Hi and welcome to railcc!

1) you travel by night train from Istanbul (Halkali) to Sofia. All explained in the blog: [ux]https://rail.cc/blog/bucharest-sofia-istanbul-train/[/ux] Reservation required - buy locally at a train station (for istance Istanbul Sirkeci).
2) you change to another train in Sofia and travel to Belgrade. During the summer there is a direct train, during the rest of the year you have to change in Dimitovgrad and Nis. Detailed schedule is here: [ux]http://p.bdz.bg/s/o/sofia-beograd-sofia-9240.pdf[/ux]
