The "DB ÖBB Eurocity" trains are international express trains operated by German (DB) and Austrian (ÖBB) railways. The trains run on the route from Munich via Innsbruck and Bolzano to Verona in Italy. Some trains continue beyond Verona to Bologna, Rimini or Venice. Between Innsbruck and Bolzano the trains run via the beautiful Brenner railway line.
Trains consists of modern Intercity stock of ÖBB. All trains offer seats in 2nd and 1st class carriages.

If you are travelling with a rail pass (Interrail/Eurail) you need to buy a supplement for travelling with DB ÖBB Eurocity trains. You can buy it at the ticket desk at a train station. The supplement is also available on board the trains but you will have to pay an additional fee.
