We are 4 people, we bought Eurail two contries pass for France and Switzerland. We tried to booking the Golden Pass, but there are not available seats for the route
Montreux-Zweisimmen the day that we want. We want to reserve because we want to be sure that we could have seats on the train.
We checked this route in Eurail.com but we can not reserve, because it says it not available to reserve.
Could you give me an advice?

We (4 people) bought eurail two contries pass for France and Switzerland. We tried to book in the 3 trains for 03/June/2018.: Montreux-Zweisimmen, Zweisimmen – Interlaken Ost, and Interlaken Ost – Lucerne. However, only for the train Montreux-Zweisimmen we obtained the following error: We regret that on this day / at this time there are no trains where you can reserve a seat. Please select an alternative date or request trains without reservation option. On the next days there are many seats. For the other two trains there are many seats on 03/June/2018. Could you help us to use this route on 03/June/2018?

Regarding your post on the blog I will react on this forum.
I\'ve tried to search the connections myself and I came with the same result. Because of the summer season it is always possible that is is already sold out for something like groups. But as I remember all of the train connections have seats that are bookable seats and normal seats. In the section with normal seats is always a place available.

Only thing I can advise is to contact MOB directly. [ux]http://www.goldenpass.ch/en/home/contact/index[/ux]

Hi and welcome to railcc!

As already mentioned, it can be that all reservable observation cars are already full on that date; but regular cars should be available which can be used without reservation.
There are construction works schedule until June 1, maybe these are another reason why the booking system wont allow making reservations - the best option you have is to ask directly at MOB/Golden Pass. :)
