Are there any sleepcabins left for a journey from Budapest - Laibach, the 13th of august?

It says there are two departing trains, leaving both at the same time. (20:30)

This one: https://rail.cc/nl/nachttreinen/boedapest-koper-g1246-1605/278
and this one: https://rail.cc/nl/nachttreinen/boedapest-rijeka-g1246-1605-481/418

However when I try to book, I can\'t. Anyone has any idea why?

Hi Reineken and welcome to rail.cc :)

Do you travel by Interrail pass or do you want to buy a point to point ticket?

Normal tickets are available online for your travel date on: [ux]https://rail.shop/mav[/ux]
You will have to pick them up in Budapest before your departure.

Price should be EUR 39 for the "Ljubljana Special" plus the type of compartment you select: couchette or sleeper.

No worries about these two trains... the train has at its departure wagons attached ending in Koper and Rijeka. Both run via Ljubljana and there the train is split (after you left already the train).

Pete :)

Hey Pete,

Thank you for the quick reply! Great platform.

Me and a friend of mine are travelling with an interrail ticket. Is it, in this case still possible to reserve a couchette?

Thank you, that\'s nice to hear! :)

Interrail reservations are only available "offline" at railway stations - this does not has to be in Hungary, you can also try it on your way. For example in Germany, Austria, ...

Here you find the reservation fees for Interrail: https://rail.cc/nl/interrail-nachttrein/boedapest-rijeka-g1246-1605-481/418

In Slovenia, you could visit Lake Bled [ux]https://rail.cc/blog/travel-lake-bled-train/[/ux]
Or go on to Italy [ux]https://rail.cc/blog/italy-slovenia-train/[/ux]

And if you don\'t have already your Interrail pass, buy it with our 5% special discount. Read here: [ux]https://rail.cc/blog/interrail-discount/[/ux]

Enjoy your Interrail trip, Pete :)
