Has anyone else been experiencing difficulty accessing renfe.com ? I have been trying for about a week now without success. My friends have also failed to gain access. I am using Chrome browser but my friends are using Internet Explorer.
I have been sent Print@Home tickets for Madrid to Lisbon sleeper on 23/07/2015 with a link to a .pdf for printing the tickets, which I cannot open. I have sent a reply email to the source address of the tickets at RENFE but that email has bounced back.

Hi.
If you like, send me per personal mail the link to your tickets, so I can test it as well.
Where did you bought the tickets from? Directly from the renfe.com website or via our partner [ux]https://rail.shop/omio/[/ux] ?

Thanks Pete. I have managed to get the tickets printed via Railplus in Australia. I usually use ACP but I couldn't get the reservation through them but it was available through RailPlus. Apparently there is a problem in accessing the RENFE website and associated links from Australia. I am not sure when that problem will be resolved.
