Rail from Kladno for defense structure in World War I

Hi!
Some days ago I found defence structure from I World War (bunkers) near my
home town Ivano-Frakivsk, West Ukraine. Concrete was armed by rails with
inscription KLADNO 1890. Video about this rail will be published in
Youtube later. How rails with this inscription get into Ukraine?
PS. In connection with heavy economic conditions in Ukraine, there are a lot
of hunters behind black metal (iron) destroy historical objects. Including
objects from the first world war. It is visible from my video. To publish on
a forum of a photo about a rail with an inscription I can earlier than
video. If it will be interested for users .......
