If, for example, my ticket ends the 4 of August, can I book a train, the one that leads me in my country, at 7 p.m. of the 4 of August arriving at 4 p.m. of 5 August?

No, that is not possible.
Your pass is valid only until 23:59 on August 4; this means that you would need an extra ticket if you want to travel on August 5.
If you want to complete your journey only with your Interrail pass you have to return home one day earlier.
